Application
The Conduspar Control HEPR Blindado line is indicated for command and control circuits, in places with high electromagnetic interference, such as substations and industrial environments. Copper tape shielding is the most efficient way to protect control cables.
Construction
Conductor: bare electrolytic copper wires, flexible stranding class 5 – according to NBR NM 280.
Insulation: thermosetting compound of HEPR (ethylene propylene rubber).
Identification: numbered black lanes.
Internal cover and fillings: PVC/ST2 thermoplastic compound.
Metallic shielding: bare copper tape, with a minimum overlap of 10%.
External cover: PVC/ST2 thermoplastic compound.
Maximum Operating Temperatures
In steady state: 90 °C
