For products that attend the energy market, the electric wires and cables should have Compulsory Certification and conformity assessment - which is a requirement condition - without it, the product is not allowed to be marketed in Brazil and in many other countries.​

The Conduspar has certification of products by certifying company BVQI (Bureau Veritas Quality International), meeting the key needs of the retail market, industry and state.​

Project NBR 19000

On national and international, there is growing demand for products of better quality and lower cost - from individuals consumers to public institutions - quickly becoming obsolete quality standards until recently considered satisfactory.

Given this situation, the Brazilian companies of electric power has an important role either in his role as providers of public services more widely in Brazil, serving millions of consumers, as the condition of major buyers of electronics and metal mechanic industries.

Therefore, a working group of electric utilities becomes essential, not only as an action to improve the quality of service, but as a factor that induces changes in the quality of national production and the very quality of life.

To attend these expectations, the companies in the group Eletrobrás created the project NBR 19000, which aims to improve the quality of goods and services purchased and used by enterprises, with a consequent reduction cost and adequacy in meeting delivery deadlines.

Quality Guarantee

The ISO 9001 certificate attests that a company has a management system for quality and meets the requirements of an international standard. The Conduspar has achieved this certification in 1996 and currently meets the requirements of the 2008 version of ISO 9001.​

In essence, the ISO 9001 is a norm that seeks to establish criteria for adequate management of the business, focusing mainly on customer satisfaction and consumer, through a series of actions, among which are:

  • Total commitment of the company to quality (considering quality = customer satisfaction), from its highest levels, to the operators.
  • Appropriate managing of human resources management and materials necessary for business operations
  • Existence of procedures, instructions and documents work formalizing all activities affecting quality.
  • Monitoring of processes through indicators and taking action when the preset objectives are not achieved.

The system of Guarantee of the Quality Management Conduspar complies with the requirements NBR ISO 9001:2000, of the National Institute Metrology, Standardization and Industrial Quality (Inmetro), certification granted to the company by BVQI (Bureau Veritas Quality International)

The company also has the seal of quality granted by the certifying entity BVQI (Bureau Veritas Quality International), which comprises the steps of designing, developing, manufacturing and service.
